2. Information we process

When you submit a partnership enquiry, we process the information entered in the form, including company and contact details, business information, proposal text, selected capabilities and any catalogues, images or videos you upload. We also record the time of submission and a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for security and abuse prevention.

Our hosting systems may additionally process technical log data such as IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser information and server status.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Reviewing and responding to your enquiry and taking steps toward a possible business relationship: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Evaluating suppliers, products and commercial proposals and maintaining business correspondence: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the development and management of supplier relationships.
• Operating, securing and preventing misuse of the website and submission system: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Meeting legal record-keeping or disclosure obligations where applicable: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Required and optional information

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to assess and answer an enquiry. Other information and file uploads are voluntary. Without the required information, we cannot process the proposal.

5. Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to authorised persons involved in reviewing partnerships. We may use hosting, email and technical service providers acting under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. Information is disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.

6. International data transfers

The controller is established in the United States. Your enquiry may therefore be accessed and processed in the United States. Where the GDPR requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use a valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR and supplementary safeguards where appropriate.

7. Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive partnership enquiries and uploaded files are normally deleted no later than 24 months after the last substantive contact. Information may be retained longer where a business relationship continues or where legal retention, evidence or defence requirements apply. Technical logs are retained only for the period needed for security and operational purposes.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect submissions against unauthorised access, loss and alteration. Please do not upload confidential engineering files or special-category personal data at the initial enquiry stage. An NDA can be arranged before detailed technical information is exchanged.

9. Cookies and analytics

This supplier portal does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Necessary server logs are processed to deliver and protect the website.

10. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not use the submitted information for automated decisions or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

12. Updates

We may update this notice when our processing or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
